Updated Youth Mental Health First Aid training
Record levels of young people are struggling with their mental health. Academic pressures, social media, bullying, poverty, inequality, and the lack of timely professional mental health support available are all contributing factors. The Youth Mental Health First Aid course has been updated for 2025 with the latest knowledge and research to provide ongoing support to Mental Health First Aiders so they can support others.

With these increasing pressures on young people, your school or setting can make a real difference by training your staff in Youth Mental Health First Aid. The course equips teachers, youth workers, and other professionals with the skills and knowledge to provide crucial support to young people

Some feedback from recent delegates
“Brilliantly paced and delivered. An incredibly empowering experience.”
“This is honestly one of the best courses I've been on. It has really made me think and question my understanding of mental health, and encouraged me to think more about my own. Would recommend everyone to do this course, it has opened my eyes and given me a bit more understanding of what people might be going through and how I can possibly help in way, however small.”
“Very thought provoking course where trainers guided us very well through some difficult subject matter. Useful knowledge and skills learned for both our pupils and our own families, friends and also ourselves. Thank you!”
