SEND Register Review- Maximising available school resources to support pupils at SEND K

This training helps SENDCOs make the most of limited time and resources while meeting the needs of as many pupils as possible.
You will learn practical ways to provide support efficiently, ensuring adjustments are meaningful and effective. The course shows how to identify which interventions have the greatest impact and how to prioritise pupils who need more support.
You will explore strategies for managing workload, collaborating with staff, and using resources wisely, so that no pupil is left behind. The training also covers how to plan for more complex or frequent adjustments without overburdening staff.
By the end, staff will have clear, practical tools to ensure all pupils can access learning and succeed. Schools will see improvements in inclusion, pupil engagement, and outcomes, making it easier to meet statutory duties while maintaining high expectations for everyone.
