Adaptive teaching, moving beyond differentiation

This training shows how adaptive teaching can help every pupil succeed.

It gives teachers the tools to meet individual needs, while keeping expectations high for all. You will learn how to adjust lessons so that each child is challenged and supported at the right level.

The training also explores how to group pupils effectively, making the most of classroom diversity and peer learning. Teachers will see how small changes in planning and delivery can open the door to success for pupils who might otherwise struggle. At the same time, stronger learners stay engaged and stretched. The focus is on practical strategies you can use straight away, not theory alone.

By the end of the training, staff will feel more confident in balancing fairness with ambition, and more able to create classrooms where every pupil has the chance to achieve.
