This course helps schools celebrate their successes and identify areas for growth. It focuses on building stronger systems and better practice through collaboration across the school.

You will work closely with senior leaders, including those responsible for behaviour and the SENCo, and engage with teachers and pupils to understand day-to-day experiences.

A key part of the training is reviewing professional development. You will examine CPD records, hold discussions with staff, and plan with the CPD lead to ensure training meets school needs. You will also observe teaching practice and review current policies to spot strengths and areas for improvement.

The course includes detailed data analysis, covering attendance, exclusions, incidents, cohorts, and interventions. By reviewing this information, schools can identify patterns and target areas for action. Finally, the course ensures pupil profiles are clear, useful, and effective in supporting learning, helping schools make lasting improvements in outcomes.
