Greg Bottrill Brings an Adventure Theme to the Early Years Conference North Tyneside
This year’s annual Early Years Conference North Tyneside was led by Greg Bottrill, an incredibly well-known and respected expert who is passionate about education being an adventure, not a pre-drawn route for children.
The theme of “adventure” ran throughout the day, with a particular focus in the afternoon on making children enthusiastic writers.
Engaging Activities at the Early Years Conference North Tyneside
Seventy-five delegates and the team from Education North Tyneside attended and were fully engaged throughout the day. Participants joined in singing “We’re Going on a ‘Play’ Hunt” as well as “Cheese and Jam”, bringing energy and creativity to the experience.
Everyone left inspired to hunt for the “cheese rabbit” back in their own settings, taking practical and playful ideas into their provision.
